Run one

Friendly competition, properly judged.

Judged competitions between local venues, trails around a high street, and mysteries that unlock where you're standing. Played on a phone, settled fairly, run for you from start to finish.

What we make

Three ranges, one system underneath

Each one is written for the place it runs in.

Judged between venues

Clash

Every venue makes the same thing. The public sign up as judges, visit over a few weeks, and score each one — but only from inside the venue. A winner is crowned at a results night.

How a Clash works
Self-guided, a season long

Trail

Stops unlock when you reach them. Each one holds something worth knowing about the place, and a question or a small game to earn the stamp. Runs for a season, not an afternoon.

At home or across a town

Hunt

A mystery told in clues, each one found at a real place or hidden in a real room. Suspects get ruled out one by one until someone names the culprit. Built for families, schools and fundraisers.

In development

How it works

Four weeks, start to trophy

You supply the venues. We supply everything else.

1

We set it up

Venues, dates, content, map and the printed kit — window stickers, table cards and the week's code words. You approve it; we build it.

2

The public sign up

An email and a six-digit code. No app to install, no password to invent, nothing for your staff to learn.

3

They visit and judge

Scoring only opens inside the venue, proved by a word your staff hand over with the order. Scan the code on the table, or type the word.

4

A result and a report

A winner on results night, and every venue's own scores, rank and judges' comments afterwards. That report is what makes next year easy to sell.

Fair play

Why the result holds up

Six rules, fixed before the first score is cast and the same in every town.

Score from inside only

A weekly staff word

Presence is proved by a word your staff give with the order, changed every week. It can't be scanned through glass or forwarded to a friend.

Three venues minimum

Before a card counts

Nobody wins on the strength of forty friends scoring one place and going home.

Three a day, at most

Never rewards speed

Better judgement, and a competition that can't be won by drinking faster than everyone else.

Sealed or live

Your choice, fixed at the start

A board nobody sees until the night, standings only you can watch, or a live leaderboard for everyone. It can't change halfway through.

Public 70%, panel 30%

Nobody decides it alone

One large mailing list can't decide it on its own, and a panel alone can't overrule a town.

Minimal data

Deleted 30 days after the night

An email address and the scores. No tracking, no location history, nothing sold to anybody. Privacy notice.

Who runs one

Made for the people who keep a town busy

A pub or bar

One landlord with a rivalry and five neighbours worth beating.

A high-street group

Business improvement districts and traders' associations buying footfall they can measure.

A council or tourism body

Heritage trails and seasonal events that need something more modern than a leaflet.

A charity or school

A fundraiser people actually want to take part in, run across a weekend or a month.

Run one in your town

Tell us the place and roughly when, and we'll come back with what it would involve and what it would cost. Competitions are quoted per town, and the first run in a new town is on founding terms.
